The merchandising team’s strategic approach to defining and developing the product selection helped guide the eStore redesign and supporting marketing pieces. At its core the site redesign was intended to enhance user experience. We achieved this by departing from the “above the fold” rule to scrolling, allowing users to digest content quicker and in a more engaging way, and by creating collections that help them easily identify the right types of promotional products they need for different events.
